From 6:49 UTC on March 28 - 9:30 UTC on April 3, we saw an issue wherein the "Next" button was not appearing on the payment link list view on the Dashboard.. This is now resolved.

We’re currently seeing an issue wherein the "Next" button is not appearing on the payment link list view on the Dashboard. We’ve identified the cause, and are working on a fix.
