Elevated declines on Discover

Incident Report for Stripe

Resolved

From 19:57–23:04 UTC, we saw elevated declines and latency for Discover charges as a result of an issue affecting the card network, external to Stripe. At this time, we have seen recovery, but are continuing to monitor. We will post here if any further issues are seen.
