From 23:10 on 14 October to 18:17 on 15 October UTC, Mastercard experienced an incident impacting global settlements. This is now resolved. Stripe immediately took action to protect normal operations for users. As a result, there was no delay or impact to payouts.

Investigating
We are monitoring a settlement delay affecting some Mastercard transactions since October 15, 00:15 UTC. This is a global issue under active investigation by Mastercard, and we are working closely with them to resolve it. Stripe Payouts are currently not delayed or impacted. No action is required from our users. We will share an update as soon as we have more information from Mastercard.
