Between 18:45 and 20:21 UTC we saw elevated errors with Apple Pay. The issue was external to Stripe and is now resolved.

We’re currently investigating an issue detected on July 17, 2025, wherein Apple Pay transactions are failing at a higher than expected rate. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue and we're also collaborating with Apple. We will provide updates when available.
